MK Diamond Returned Merchandise Policy
All MK Diamond equipment has been designed and manufactured to fully comply with all applicable NEC, ANSI and/or OSHA requirements. Any owner or user modification that changes the equipment, including, without limitation, modifications that cause the equipment to not meet these standards, is outside of the control and responsibility of MK Diamond Products and MK Diamond Products will not have any responsibility therefor for which the equipment was designed.
